I am creative, organised, and have experience in the disciplines of Curating and Design, working on developing concepts for exhibitions for different audiences. These skills give me insights into working with diverse clients and understanding their needs. I have experience in conducting workshops on design ideation, lighting for retail stores and galleries. I have previously worked in furniture, lighting and architecture industry. I Multi-lingual and have strong communication skills. An excellent team player, at the same time not afraid to take the lead when required.

Curator, Dr. Robin Banerjee Museum

Curatorial proposal for Dr. Robin Banerjee's Museum, Golaghat, Assam, India. 

Dr. Robin Banerjee was a noted wildlife expert, environmentalist, painter, photographer and documentary film-maker. He made 32 documentaries in his career as a film-maker mainly on wildlife.   He was the recipient of 14 international awards and the Padmashree from the Indian government. This museum showcases his life and his wildlife photography.

Curated series of walk through Satwa, Dubai. Site explorations and persistence of memory in architecture. These were mapped though photographs, materials collected, stories found and personal experiences of the participants. Findings were exhibited at Jam Jar, Dubai.

 

Curator and Coordinator, Al Walk Exhibition, Manipal University,

Dubai, 2010

 

Curatorial concept and workshop conducted. ‘Al Walk’, is a series of curated walks through Bastakiya, Dubai and on site explorations. The findings were installed together as an exhibition of photographs, site mapping through various senses and sculpture responding to the site.

Participant of lab6; designed and executed an installation on documentation and site explorations of Al Khor, Dubai. The installation was part of a cultural exhibition at Bastakiya, Dubai. Recreated the installation, curated content for the Bastakiya Art Festival.
